Job Description




Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review & accounting of purchase invoices (including debit/credit notes) related to Raw material ensuring proper GST & TDS related compliances.
  • Review & accounting of RM transportation invoices ensuring proper GST & TDS related compliances.
  • Preparation of payment vouchers & Co-ordination with all approvers to get the payment approved in bank\xe2\x80\x99s system.
  • Co-Ordination with RM purchase department for resolution of queries related to correction in invoice from vendors.
  • Ensure timely payment to suppliers and transportation on due date without lapse & to avail the cash discount wherever applicable.
  • Monthly calculation of factory overheads and entry of the same in system for stock transfer transactions.
  • Ensure timely preparation of inventory summary of Accounting & Tax Audit reports.
  • Submission of R.M. Stock details for submission to bank on Monthly BASIS.
  • Scrutiny of vendor\xe2\x80\x99s ledger accounts and to ensure corrective actions.
  • Preparation of MIS related to Account Payables including payment planning, ageing, delivery status Etc.
  • To manage the record keeping of RM accounting & payments.
  • Well versed with Financial Accounting System Software Packages.
  • MS \xe2\x80\x93 Word & Excel Applications.
  • Exposure of SAP.
  • ERP Software is preferred
