Your key responsibilities will be:

• Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis
• Disbursement of Employee reimbursement
• Releasing Local Vendors payment
• Remittance to Group entity & Abroad vendors
• Vendor Ledger reconciliation
• Follow up with employees for settlement of advances
• Intercompany cost chargeback to HQ & Region
• Cross Charges inspection, working and posting
• Calculation & Posting Provision for expenses
• New vendor registration on portal
• Cash Flow Statement preparation and analysis
• Commission invoicing for Group for direct deliveries.
• Clearing GL of Asset & Liabilities
• Month wise expense trending analysis
• Purchase reconciliation
• To coordinate with regions for various regional tasks
• Cost center clearing at the end of the year other than DIND after cost allocation & cost charge back to Group
• Liaise with bank for EDPMS & IDPMS clearing
• Preparation and Verification of Leave & Gratuity data for audit
• Preparation of listing of Trade Payables as per audit requirement and for an internal review
• Fixed Assets Accounting

The role reports to the Head of Finance & Controlling, India.

Qualifications

Qualifications required for Sales Manager (Mumbai)

Required (Education and Technical)

Any finance graduate (B. Com, M. Com, Inter CA, etc.) with knowledge of accounts and finance.

Minimum 8 years of accounting experience is required.

Should possess SAP knowledge and experience.

Highly proficient in the use of all MS Office applications.
