Principal Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 The role contributes by ensuring quality execution of the operations process in Account maintenance for Credit cards / Personal loans

\xc2\xb7 The role warrants liaison with various internal and external customers for effective fulfilment of the job requirements.

\xc2\xb7 The jobholder has to ensure that servicing entities maintain the prescribed service standards and proactively prevent frauds by ensuring prescribed checks, while carrying out daily functions.

\xc2\xb7 The jobholder should actively participate in various projects (including six sigma projects), UAT and process improvement initiatives.

\xc2\xb7 He/she will strive for the team to achieve efficiency with minimal error rates and Turn-around and at lowest costs.

\xc2\xb7 Monitoring the quality of request processed by processing vendor and publishing daily MI.

\xc2\xb7 Advising vendor on error trends

Vendor performance parameters should be reviewed from time to time and ensure vendor adherence to SLA and agreement.

Requirements

Education Qualifications / Certifications and Requirements :

\xc2\xb7 Graduate or above in any discipline with 2 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience

\xc2\xb7 Person having experience and comprehensive knowledge on credit card /Personal loan operations is preferred

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical ability, logical thinking and risk awareness.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and customer service skills.

\xc2\xb7 Have a strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
