Position Summary:
We are looking for a trusted partner, proactive people person, and meticulous professional who strive to create a positive work environment and contribute to building a strong people experience by providing solution-oriented, timely, and flawless support.
Responsibilities:
Understand talent needs and drive consistent recruitment practices and processes that support the business for timely hiring and create a strong candidate experience.
Source candidates, schedule and coordinate interviews, and maintain the candidate database.
Ensure a positive new hire experience by effectively managing and coordinating joining formalities, orientation, and on boarding.
Assist senior team members in the implementation and administration of various HR policies.
Provide support and assistance in the seamless execution and management of end-to-end HR processes, from hiring to separation.
Use analytical techniques to prepare and maintain HR data, metrics, and MIS.
Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical HR documents throughout the employee lifecycle.
Ensure timely and successful completion of tasks assigned by the HR Head / Manager.
Education:
Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university.
Experience:
Years: 0 to 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or recruitment-specific role.
Industry: Architecture, Construction Management, or any other relevant service industry.
Skills (Mandatory):
Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in the English language.
Thorough understanding of and ability to leverage various recruitment platforms.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, collate information, and prepare HR metrics.
High proficiency in MS Office.
