Qualification - Degree holder; preference will be for retired Armed forces personal.
Experience- Minimum 10-12 years' experience in managing Security and Fire system specially in a large residential or commercial building.
Maintain an effective command over Security team.
Knowledge in Security Planning-Risk Assessment & Effective Guarding Strategies.
Prepare Fire prevention plan.
Good knowledge of building fire suppression and firefighting techniques, including all related equipment
