? Manage the end-to-end e-commerce logistics process from order receipt to final
delivery.
? Supervise daily operations related to picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
? Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery for both domestic and international e-
commerce orders.
? Monitor and evaluate logistics partners' performance through KPIs (delivery time,
loss/damage ratio, RTO rate).
? Oversee e-commerce warehouse operations including inventory management,
storage layout optimization, and order picking accuracy.
? Implement warehouse management systems (WMS) or optimize existing systems
for better tracking and efficiency.
? Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock audits, and minimize stock
discrepancies.
? Develop and manage return-to-origin (RTO) and return-to-vendor (RTV) processes.
? Work closely with customer service teams to handle returns, replacements, and
refunds efficiently.
? Implement process automation tools for order tracking, inventory control, and
dispatch.
? Ensure proper order tracking visibility for customers.
? Coordinate with the customer support team to address logistics-related customer
complaints and grievances promptly.
? Provide regular reports on logistics operations, courier performance, and order
delivery metrics.
? Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations (e-way bills, GST
documentation, export documentation if applicable).
? Maintain safety standards in warehouse and dispatch operations.
? Daily Tracking of Orders and send mails to internal and customer's mail.
? Reply on mails properly and ensure not a single should be pending.
? PODs and Singed Copies need to send daily on mails to inter department and make
sure monthly reconciliations should happens.
