Minimum work experience: 4-5 years in contract review, vetting , redlining and negotiation in the previous company.- The candidate will be responsible for providing critical support for the companys Legal team at one of the largest services organizations in the world.
The primary responsibility includes:
Responsible for end to end drafting, negotiating and execution of client and vendor contracts.- To advise business on queries relating to contracts and legal issues.
- Provide support to CS and litigation function as per requirements.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
