Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the curriculum.
- Conduct practical and theoretical sessions to enhance student learning.
- Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and projects.
- Guide students in research, internships, and career development.
- Maintain academic records and participate in faculty meetings.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in the respective field.
Qualifications:
- Electrical, MMV, Fitter: Diploma/Degree in relevant trade with teaching experience.
- Computer Science: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
- DGNM, BSc Nursing, MSc Nursing: Relevant nursing qualification with teaching credentials.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
