Minimum Academic Requirements :-

B.Pharm in Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Sciences (mandatory)

Strong research background with publications in reputed journals

Teaching and research experience as per UGC/PCI norms

Roles & Responsibilities :-

Deliver high-quality teaching in undergraduate and postgraduate programs

Develop and supervise innovative research projects in Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Sciences

Contribute to curriculum design, academic planning, and departmental development

Publish in peer-reviewed journals and participate in conferences/seminars

Mentor students for academic excellence and career development

Actively participate in university committees and contribute to institutional growth
