Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in routine office and administrative tasks Maintain files, records, and documents (physical & digital) Handle emails, phone calls, and internal coordination Data entry and basic report preparation Support accounts, HR, or compliance work as required Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Eligibility / Requirements:

Education:

Any Degree (B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc / BCA or equivalent) Basic knowledge of

MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Good verbal and written communication skills Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and work independently Freshers are welcome; prior experience is an added advantage
