Job Description

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for users.

Installation and Configuration:

Setting up and configuring computer systems, software, and peripherals.

User Support:

Providing technical assistance and guidance to users via phone, email, or in person.

System Maintenance:

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.

Hardware and Software Management:

Managing hardware inventory, software licenses, and updates.

Training and Documentation:

Training users on new software and hardware, and creating or updating documentation.

Security:

Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect computer systems and data.

Communication:

Communicating technical information clearly and effectively to users with varying levels of technical expertise.

Collaboration:

Working with other IT team members and vendors to resolve complex issues.

Following Up:

Ensuring that user issues are resolved to their satisfaction and providing feedback to the relevant teams.
