We are seeking an IT Hardware & Software Manager to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and user systems. The role will ensure system security, uptime, and efficient technical support to enable smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage IT hardware, servers, networks, and end-user systems
Oversee software installation, licensing, upgrades, and maintenance
Ensure IT security, data backup, and system availability
Lead IT support/helpdesk and resolve technical issues promptly
Manage vendors, IT assets, and AMC contracts
Plan and manage IT budgets and technology upgrades
Required Qualifications & Skills
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT security
Experience in IT infrastructure management and vendor coordination
Compensation
Salary: ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month
