We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused IT Support Help Desk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, ensuring smooth operation of IT services, and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
? Provide first-line technical support for internal employees and external clients (via phone, email, or in-person).
? Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including issues with computers, printers, networks, and other office technology.
? Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, operating systems, and hardware components.
? Maintain detailed records of support issues and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system.
? Prioritize and manage multiple open tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.
? Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as needed.
? Assist with the setup and configuration of new computer systems and IT equipment.
? Support network and server infrastructure issues as directed by senior IT staff.
? Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, software updates, and IT best practices.
Qualifications
:
? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
? Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or a related role.
? Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software applications
