We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Intern to support the Founder's Office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder(s), gaining insight into the day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and high-level decision-making in a fast-paced startup environment.
As the Assistant Intern, you will serve as a strategic right-hand support, helping manage communications, research, planning, and coordination across various functions. This is an ideal role for someone eager to learn how startups operate from the top down.
Key Responsibilities:
? Assist the founder(s) with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, meeting prep, and follow-ups.
? Conduct research and prepare briefing documents, reports, presentations, and summaries.
? Help coordinate cross-functional projects, tracking deliverables and timelines.
? Draft internal and external communications (emails, memos, proposals, etc.).
? Maintain organized systems for files, documents, and project tracking.
? Support strategic initiatives, business development efforts, and investor communications.
? Attend meetings with or on behalf of the founder(s) and take detailed notes.
? Handle ad-hoc tasks that require discretion, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
? Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related fields.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? High level of professionalism and discretion.
? Organized, proactive, and self-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
? Prior internship or startup experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
