About the Role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering "Internship programme" to assist our inspection team. We do mechanical inspection of cranes, lifting equipment, and raw materials. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to industrial inspection procedures, material verification, and safety compliance under the supervision of senior inspection engineers.

Job Responsibilities

To assist in the mechanical inspection of cranes, hoists, lifting tackles, and related components.

To support the team in inspection of raw materials (plates, bars, forgings, castings, etc.) as per specifications and drawings.

To help prepare inspection reports, checklists, and documentation for approval.

To observe and support NDT testing (UT, MPI, DP) and report interpretation & also observe welding quality, surface finish, and material identification markings.

Assist in maintaining calibration records of measuring instruments and tools.

Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed Diploma & Diploma + Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering.

Basic knowledge of mechanical components, materials, and inspection methods.

Familiarity with engineering drawings, measuring tools, and inspection techniques.

Good communication, observation, and documentation skills.

Proficient in MS Excel / Word.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
