Oversee end-to-end HR operations across multiple branches within the assigned zone.
Drive recruitment activities in coordination with branch managers and central HR.
Monitor and manage attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.
Conduct onboarding, induction programs, and employee training initiatives.
Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a timely and effective manner.
Implement and monitor company policies and procedures across branches.
Facilitate performance appraisals and support talent management initiatives.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support business decisions.
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement programs.
