HR Executive / Manager

to lead our people operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building company culture, leading end-to-end recruitment, and managing day-to-day HR functions in a collaborative startup environment.

Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of

technical and non-technical candidates

. Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives aligned with company goals. Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation, contracts, and compliance. Foster a positive workplace culture through team engagement activities and feedback loops. Support performance management processes and assist in employee evaluations. Address employee concerns with empathy and in alignment with company policies. Coordinate training, development, and upskilling opportunities. Assist leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1+ year of experience

in HR roles, preferably in a

startup or tech company

. Proven experience in

IT/tech recruitment

is a strong plus. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Familiarity with HR tools, recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), and ATS systems.

Nice to Have

Experience in creating employer branding and recruitment campaigns. Knowledge of remote work policies and virtual team management. Exposure to HR analytics and reporting. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or similar) is a bonus.
