Position Overview




The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. This role acts as the go-to person for all employee-related issues, fostering a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture. The HR Manager will lead initiatives in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy. Support the recruitment and selection process: attract, interview, and hire qualified candidates. Oversee onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth integration and continuous development of employees. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues. Nurture a positive working environment that promotes company values, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee engagement. Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and internal policies, handling investigations and disciplinary actions as needed. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures; communicate changes effectively across the organization. Support business needs through talent management, engagement, motivation, and retention strategies. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics. Champion workplace health and safety compliance and maintain employee privacy. #

Qualification and Skills



Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role. Strong knowledge of HR strategies, practices, and employment regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
