Title: Assistant Human Resource Manager

Location: New Delhi

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Human Resource Manager to join our team at Roseate Hotels and Resorts . As a key member of the Human Resources department, you will assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the hotel's business objectives. You will work closely with the Human Resource Manager to ensure the effective management of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business objectives

Support recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases

Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs

Provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration

Assist in developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to management

Prepare HR reports and metrics as required

Participate in employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution

Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with business objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2-3 years of experience in HR role, preferably in a hospitality setting

Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRMS, payroll)

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience in a leadership role

Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
