To support the HR department in daily operations including recruitment, documentation, employee relations, statutory duties, and coordination with all teams in the hotel.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Joining
Assist in hiring for all hotel departments.
Schedule interviews, collect documents, and complete joining formalities.
Coordinate with colleges for trainees.
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and HRMIS.
Prepare letters (offer, transfer, confirmation, warning, etc.).
Handle ID cards, uniforms, lockers, and accommodation records.
3. Statutory Compliance
Support PF, ESI, CLRA, labour licence, and other statutory renewals.
Keep statutory registers and records updated.
4. Employee Engagement
Help organize birthdays, events, festivals, R&R programmes, and welfare activities.
Support communication with employees and resolve basic queries.
5. Training Support
Coordinate training sessions, attendance, and feedback.
Maintain monthly training reports.
6. Audit & Checklists
Conduct grooming, uniform, accommodation, and locker checks.
Assist in HR audit tasks and ensure proper documentation.

Qualification & Experience
MBA in HR / Hospitality
0-3 years of HR experience (hotel industry preferred)

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
