with 2-5 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and conduct induction/orientation programs for new hires.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.
Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely manner.
Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
Collaborate with other departments to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Keep proper housekeeping & checks in company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a mid-sized or large organization.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking effectively.
