Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Assistant

HR

to join our team. In this role, you will manage the

end-to-end recruitment process

, work closely with department heads, and help attract top talent across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

full recruitment cycle

- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements Create and post engaging job descriptions on job boards and social platforms Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases Conduct reference checks and background verifications Support onboarding and orientation of new employees Assist in employer branding initiatives Prepare and share recruitment metrics and reports Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment laws

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration

, or a related field

of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist Strong sourcing and interviewing skills Excellent

communication

and

interpersonal

abilities Organized and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously Familiarity with

ATS

and recruitment tools (preferred) Knowledge of basic

labor laws

and HR compliance Positive attitude and strong team player mindset
