Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Draft and post job advertisements across platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate suitability.
Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates.
Candidate Management
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Document candidate interactions and feedback.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future needs.
Onboarding Assistance
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and new hire documents.
Support onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Collaboration & Communication
Work with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
Share recruitment reports and updates with internal stakeholders.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure recruitment practices align with policies and employment laws.
Maintain accurate HR records and files.
Employer Branding
Support recruitment drives, career fairs, and networking events.
