We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Assistant HR
to join our team. The candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance activities, ensuring smooth functioning of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and attendance management.
Support payroll processing and leave/attendance management.
Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and compliance documentation.
Ensure smooth exit formalities and maintain full & final settlement records.
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager/Team.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
Good communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HRMS software will be an added advantage.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle confidential information.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
