The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, and labor laws, preferably at the Assistant Manager level. The role will support day-to-day HR functions and ensure regulatory compliance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage core HR operations including onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination and exit processes.
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and labour laws applicable to the organization.
Liaise with government departments and external consultants for compliance and regulatory updates.
Maintain and update employee data and HRIS systems.
Support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management processes.
Assist in policy formulation and implementation.
Handle grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
Coordinate with various departments to support organizational goals and HR initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resource Management.
6-7 years of proven experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in an Assistant HR Manager role.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
