:- Assistant HR Manager



Experience in HR operations, employee relation and policy compliance across diverse organizational setups. Demonstrated expertise in Exit Management, Background Verification (BGV), Disciplinary Procedures, Employee Grievance Handling, Timesheet & LOP Audits, POSH Cases and Bank Audit HR Coordination. Adept at maintaining documentation accuracy, driving HR process improvements, and fostering employee-centric environments while ensuring organizational policy compliance.

Responsible for:-



Exit & Separation Management
Background Verification (BGV)
Disciplinary Letters & Policy Adherence
Grievance Redressal Mechanisms
Timesheet & On-Duty Audits
Leave & Loss of Pay (LOP) Reconciliation
Payroll and Statutory Documentation
Recruitment & On boarding
Employee Lifecycle Management
Bank & Compliance Audit Coordination
HRIS & MIS Reporting
Team Mentoring & Internal HR Training
Stakeholder Meetings
POSH Cases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
