To manage the talent acquisition, recruitment and selection process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
To develop and implement of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
To handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
To manage the employee benefits, compensation and payroll.
Manage exit formalities including interviews & F&F settlements.
To assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
Stay informed about current HR trends and best practices to provide advice and support to management and employees.
To complete any ad-hoc duty assigned by the reporting authority/the management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
