Key Responsibilities:



Handle

end-to-end payroll processing

for all employees Ensure

accurate and timely salary disbursement

with payslips Manage

statutory compliances

including

PF, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, PT, etc.

Prepare and file

monthly/quarterly/annual returns

Maintain

employee master data

, attendance & leave management systems Coordinate with external agencies/auditors for labor and statutory audits Draft employment contracts, HR letters, and handle documentation Handle grievance redressal and ensure

compliance with labor laws

Manage

HR MIS Reports

and maintain compliance calendars

Required Skills:



Proficiency in

Payroll Software

(e.g., Saral, GreytHR, Tally, Excel) In-depth knowledge of

Labour Laws & Statutory Rules

Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong in

Excel formulas

, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
