Drive the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create strategic hiring plans.
Use multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Manage candidate pipeline and recruitment metrics to ensure efficient turnaround time.
Coordinate and conduct HR interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
2. HR Operations:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations such as employee records, documentation, HRIS updates, and compliance.
Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Support in performance appraisal cycles and maintain related documentation.
3. Policy Creation & Implementation:
Assist in drafting, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure policies comply with labor laws and best practices.
4. Corporate Communication:
Lead and manage internal HR communications to ensure transparent and timely updates.
Partner with department heads to communicate policies, initiatives, and updates effectively.
Create newsletters, HR bulletins, and updates for internal distribution.
5. Employer Branding & Events:
Plan and execute employee engagement events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
Support employer branding initiatives across social media and professional platforms.
Partner with marketing to promote company culture and career opportunities.
6. Resource Management:
Monitor and analyze workforce data to ensure optimal resource planning.
Collaborate with managers on team structures, skill mapping, and succession planning.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4-7 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and broader HR functions.
Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and recruitment tools.
High level of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
Experience in employer branding, corporate communication, and employee engagement activities.
