Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership and department heads
Drive HR initiatives aligned with business and academic objectives
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance, and retention
Lead talent acquisition for academic and non-academic roles
Implement performance management systems and employee development plans
Drive employee engagement, culture building, and HR best practices
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and compliance
Use HR analytics and insights to support decision-making
Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and institutional guidelines
Desired Profile
3-6 years of relevant HRBP / HR Generalist experience
Strong understanding of HR strategy, talent management, and business partnering
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
High energy, solution-oriented, and capable of driving change
Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage
