We are looking for an Assistant HR Manager who can handle both hiring new employees and managing daily HR operations. You will help in finding the right talent, making sure HR processes run smoothly, and supporting employees throughout their journey in the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Understand hiring needs from different departments.
Post job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Support in finalizing selected candidates and releasing offer letters.
Maintain a database of potential candidates.
HR Operations:
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Keep employee records and documents up to date.
Track attendance, leaves, and assist with payroll data.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies or issues.
Draft HR letters (offer, promotion, experience, etc.).
Ensure HR policies are followed and support compliance tasks.
Help with the exit process and conduct exit interviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in HR or related field)
2 to 4 years of experience in HR (both recruitment and operations)
Good communication and people management skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office and HR tools
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
