Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, and creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Oversee performance appraisal systems to drive high performance. Design and monitor overall HR policies, systems, and procedures. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs. Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Foster a positive work environment and strong company culture. Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce trends for decision-making.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Conflict management and problem-solving abilities. Strategic thinking and organizational development capability. Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS software.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (3+ years) as an HR Manager or similar role. Professional HR certifications (preferred).
