1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full recruitment cycle. Seamless Integration: Handle everything from issuing offer letters and conducting background checks to leading a welcoming onboarding experience. Resource Planning: Monitor staffing levels.
2. HR Operations & Administration Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee journey, including inductions, performance probation/confirmations, and exit formalities.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical employee files.
3. Operational Support: Act as the go-to HR contact for the on-ground mall management team.
Vendor & Contract Staff Oversight Partner Coordination: Work closely with agencies providing security, housekeeping, and technical staff.
Compliance & Reliability: Monitor vendor attendance, manage staff replacements, and ensure service providers meet their agreed-upon staffing levels (SLAs).
4. Engagement & Training Culture Building: Organise staff engagement initiatives to keep morale high across all departments.
Skill Development: Collaborate with Business Heads to identify training needs, create a training calendar, and execute learning programs. Conflict Resolution: Act as a neutral point of contact to resolve employee grievances and workplace issues.
5. Reporting & Insights Data Management: Maintain daily and monthly reports (MIS) regarding headcount, hiring progress, and attrition trends.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR, with at least 4 years focused heavily on recruitment and operations.
Industry Background: Prior experience in Retail or Facility Management is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to manage external vendors effectively.
