Support the HR Manager in managing recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and statutory compliance for corporate and site-based teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
Manage HR operations, HRMIS, attendance, and payroll coordination
Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
Assist in performance appraisal and policy implementation
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements
Coordinate training and development programs
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA/PGDM in HR
5-7 years of HR experience (manufacturing/construction/engineering preferred)
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
Proficient in HRMS and MS Office
