Employee Relations:
Investigating and resolving complaints, managing conflicts, addressing attendance issues, and handling counseling.
Payroll & Benefits:
Assisting with payroll processing, managing employee benefits enrollment
Policy & Compliance:
Implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, updating employee manuals, and managing I-9 verifications.
Performance Management:
Supporting performance evaluation processes, tracking completion, and assisting with feedback.
HR Operations:
Maintaining employee records (digital/physical), preparing HR reports (MIS), managing HRIS data, and handling documentation (offer letters, warnings).
Training & Development:
Coordinating training sessions and helping develop new programs.
Employee Engagement:
Organizing events and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication (written/oral) and interpersonal skills.
High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
