The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, including
salary processing cycles, talent acquisition and onboarding, employee engagement activities, and implementation & control of all HR policies and compliance
. The role also includes maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating performance management processes, employee grievance handling, and supporting training and development initiatives.

, ensuring regular posting of new joiner announcements, birthday celebrations, employee achievements, and all internal engagement activities to enhance employer branding and employee visibility. The role contributes to strengthening workplace culture and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
