Nexzu Mobility is seeking an experienced
HR Manager
to lead and strengthen our people practices across the organization. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and can independently manage end-to-end HR functions.
Role: HR Manager
Experience:
5-8 Years (Minimum 2 years in a managerial role)
Qualification:
MBA / Master's in HR / Business Administration or equivalent
Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, manufacturing, operations & corporate roles.
Build strong talent pipelines and execute employer branding initiatives.
Create hiring plans in collaboration with department heads.
Implement structured interviews, competency mapping & assessment frameworks.
Reduce hiring turnaround time and enhance candidate experience.
2. Payroll Management & Compensation Support
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs: attendance, overtime, leaves, new joiners, exits, variable pay, shift allowances.
Verify employee reimbursements, F&F settlements, and statutory deductions.
Work closely with finance/payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Maintain salary structures, pay revisions, and CTC breakups.
3. Statutory Compliance & HR Audits
Ensure 100% compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishment Act, Factory Act & Labour Laws.
Manage labour inspections, documentation, statutory registers, and timely filings.
Update HR policies in accordance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Maintain compliance audit readiness and ensure zero non-compliance observations.
4. Performance Management
Implement and manage KRA/OKR-based performance evaluation systems.
Guide managers on performance reviews, feedback, target-setting and developmental plans.
Conduct calibration meetings and track PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans).
Publish performance dashboards & analytics.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture Development
Design and execute engagement events, R&R programs, culture initiatives & team-building activities.
Conduct employee surveys, pulse checks & culture audits.
Promote diversity, inclusion, and a safe, collaborative work culture.
Manage internal communication, HR announcements & town hall coordination.
6. Learning & Development
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) across functions.
Organize technical, behavioral, compliance & leadership training programs.
Maintain training calendars, attendance records & effectiveness scorecards.
Support capability-building initiatives for emerging leaders.
7. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, grievance handling & exit processes.
Maintain HRMS accuracy: employee records, attendance, leave & shift management.
Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for management.
Handle employee welfare programs, workplace safety coordination & disciplinary procedures.
Manage contracts, vendor coordination, ID cards, and HR administrative requirements.
