Role Overview
We are looking for a
dynamic HR professional
with 4-6 years of experience to lead recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a
fast-paced startup environment
. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid work while ensuring in-person collaboration for critical discussions and engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end
recruitment
-- from sourcing to onboarding for multiple functions.
Manage
HR operations
: employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance.
Drive
employee engagement
initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
Implement and track
performance management
and appraisal systems.
Support creation and execution of
HR policies and communication
.
Partner with department heads for workforce planning and HR analytics.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and HR documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in startups or mid-sized companies.
Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and engagement programs.
Familiarity with HRMS systems (experience with
Keka
preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable with hybrid working models.
