Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
Oversee recruitment and selection process (manpower planning, job posting, interviews, hiring).
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
Supervise payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
Drive training, performance management, and career development initiatives.
Lead employee engagement, welfare, and motivation programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain proper HR documentation.
Support management with HR reports, analytics, and manpower planning.
Guide and mentor the HR team (assistants/executives).
Requirements:
MBA / PG in HR or equivalent.
5-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Proficiency in HRMS / ERP systems and MS Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
