What You'll Do
1. Recruitment & Onboarding - Be the Talent Magnet
Own the hiring process from screening to onboarding.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Issue offer letters and manage smooth joining formalities.
Conduct impactful new hire orientations.
Collaborate directly with leadership to ensure timely and accurate payroll.
Monitor daily attendance and maintain clean leave records.
Resolve payroll and absenteeism issues quickly and professionally.
3. HR Operations - Keep Things Running Smoothly
Maintain up-to-date HRIS and employee data.
Coordinate with vendors (e.g., Airtel) for KYC and SIM management.
Be the first point of contact for employee concerns.
Share regular reports with the CEO & MD, helping drive decisions.
Ensure 100% statutory compliance and timely filings.
Support the annual appraisal cycle and HR initiatives across the organization.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture - Build a Workplace People Love
Plan fun and meaningful engagement activities.
Foster a strong, positive culture aligned with company values.
Collect employee feedback and share actionable insights with management.
5. Training & Development - Drive Growth & Learning
Organize and manage training sessions across teams.
Track feedback and support continuous learning programs.
6. General Administration - Keep the Workplace Efficient
Oversee office and factory upkeep and hygiene.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely invoice processing.
Conduct routine site visits to support operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
Strong command of English (spoken & written)
Smart, well-groomed, and highly disciplined professional
2-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and coordination tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with a proactive approach
