Job Description

We are immediately looking for a Asst Manager - HR to work with an Auto Ancillary / Precision Industrial Products Manufacturing Company, who will closely work with HR Head to oversee all HR functions within the manufacturing plant. The role is critical in maintaining a motivated, skilled, and compliant workforce, both skilled and unskilled, to ensure the smooth flow of human resources activities.

Qualification

: Any Graduate Candidate with post Graduate in HR, having 5- 10 years of relevant experience in handling End to End HR functions for Auto Ancillary / Precision Industrial Products Manufacturing Company. Candidate with Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, deep understanding of employment laws and regulations, effective communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

The joining candidate should support the Head - HRD & company's management in implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. This includes recruitment, employee relations, HR policy implementation, performance management, appraisals, ensuring statuary compliance with labor laws.

? Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews for various job positions in the manufacturing industry

? Facilitate employee on boarding processes and orientation programs.

? Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on HR-related data, such as employee turnover and absenteeism.

? payroll management and coordination

? Ensure compliance with all local, state, and Central labour laws (that includes PF, ESI, PT, LWF Factory, Shops & Establishments, CLRA and other regulations), performance appraisal processes, Employee Recognition, Bonus, gratuity, and other Welfare Programs

? Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management on HR-related matters in resolving conflicts between workers and management, to avoid potential penalties and lawsuit,

? Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures for a Manufacturing Company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
