Job Description

Qualification : MBA/BBA (HR)

Experience : 05-08 years experience in recruitment, onboarding, Payroll management, grievance handling etc.

Skills:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Assist in planning and executing recruitment strategies. Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. Conduct initial interviews and manage candidate communications. Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation processes.

2. Employee Relations



Support conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

3.Performance Management



Assist with performance appraisal processes and documentation. Monitor probationary periods and performance improvement plans. Help identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
