Work with department heads to forecast manpower needs and manage budgets.

Plan activities to boost morale and retention; manage grievances and conflicts.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Develop and enforce policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and handle audits.
Performance & Development:
Implement performance reviews, training programs, and leadership development.
HR System Management:
Drive digital HR initiatives for payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Budget Management:
Prepare HR budgets and optimize monthly expenses.
