Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Assistant HR Manager
with a strong background in managing HR operations across multiple construction sites. The ideal candidate will handle workforce management, staff and labour attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations, ensuring smooth HR processes across all project locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR functions across construction sites (staff and worker levels).
Oversee daily labour attendance and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with site supervisors for workforce planning and deployment.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for both staff and site workers.
Handle salary coordination, attendance reconciliation, and leave management.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of new hires.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Address employee grievances and promote a positive work environment.
Assist in training, performance tracking, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years
