Assistant HR
Manager
to join our team and contribute to the seamless functioning of our HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and exit formalities
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals
Conduct regular audits and liaise with government bodies and compliance agencies
Address employee queries related to compliance, benefits, and policy interpretation
Maintain HR MIS reports and employee databases accurately and confidentially
Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and statutory compliance requirements across locations
Maintain up-to-date records related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory obligations
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
4 to 6 years of relevant HR experience
Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and HR practices
Proficient in HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Immediate joiners preferred
