We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee & manage all aspects of human resources practices & processes at Melker Finance and Leasing pvt Ltd. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in talent acquisition , employee engagement ,compliance , & HR operations, ensuring smooth workforce management on alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualification :
Bachelors Degree Human Resource Management/MBA in Human Resources Management .
Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Manager in NBFC .
Proficiency in HR Software Handing .
Strong knowledge in Labour laws .
Excellent knowledge in Excel.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement recruitment stragies to attract top talent .
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates and manage hiring process.
Oversee onboarding and training programs for new employees .
Forster positive workplace culture & employee engagement initiatives .
Address employee concerns ang grievances effectively .
Payroll & Compensation Management.
Ensure accurate payroll processing and salary distribution .
Manage employee benefits , bonus & incentives .
Ensure compliance Labour laws, company polices , & regulatory guidelines .
Handling statutory compliance including ESI,PF, Professional Tax ,Labour Welfare Fund & Kshemanidhi.
Maintain Employee records & HR Documentation .
Develop and implement HR Stragies to support business objective.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?26,000.00 per month
