Assist in recruitment processes: screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
Assist in organizing training programs and development activities.
Coordinate with other departments for HR-related requirements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management.
Support the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of relevant HR experience.
Good understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
