Position: Assistant HR Manager
Experience: Minimum 3 years of Experience in (FMCG or Manufacturing preferred)
Salary: 50,000 per month (based on experience)
Qualification : MBA / Master's in HR or related field
Location: Kalady
Key Responsibilities:

Manage Statutory Compliance by ensuring adherence to all labour laws, audits, and government regulations.
Handle HR Sourcing through effective recruitment strategies, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Oversee Payroll Management, including attendance, salary processing, and statutory deductions.
Coordinate On-boarding and Off-boarding activities, ensuring smooth employee transitions and documentation.
Maintain and update all HR Documentation, employee records, and reports accurately.
