We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR / HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR functions at our Kadi location. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in manufacturing/plant HR, employee relations, compliance, and daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete HR operations of the Kadi unit.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning as per plant requirements.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Manage payroll inputs, overtime data, and coordinate with the payroll department.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory Act requirements).
Address employee grievances, discipline issues, and maintain positive industrial relations.
Conduct training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with department heads for smooth HR processes and manpower allocation.
Maintain safety, welfare, and administrative activities of the plant.
Ensure HR policy implementation and process improvement.
Requirements
5-10+ years of experience in HR (preferably in manufacturing/plant environment).
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and factory HR operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Ability to handle pressure, resolve conflicts, and manage large workforce.
Candidates from Kadi / nearby locations preferred. (as we don't provide transportation service)
