To direct, supervise and co-ordinate generalist HR activities within the HR function and assist leaders with relevant HR projects, programs and ongoing people related matters.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Manage complex employee relations casework including disciplinarians, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy.
Regularly meet with key stakeholders to ensure that HR issued are identified and addressed.
Play a significant part in understanding and improving employee engagement, female diversity and Kuwaitization initiatives.
Execute the annual non-managerial & managerial performance management process.
Execute the annual salary increment and bonus for non-managerial.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training & development programs.
Expediting completion of centralized HR processes such as 360, engagement, performance management objectives and appraisals etc.
Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
Support the annual talent review cycle and succession plans.
Candidate Requirements
Skills:
Excellent writing skills; able to communicate with others; ability to solve problems; strong public speaking; negotiation skills influencing skills and executive presence. Knowledge of and experience in HR policies, practices and procedures.
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Years of Experience:
7-10 Years relevant to HR generalist experience.
